Waste of money

I drink more then i should so when i read the reviews i was hopeful but it is a waste of my money!!!! I am never awake to hear the end and I dont remember what was said after I fell asleep. Ive listened for 2 weeks now and it has done nothing for me! I do not feel the urge to drink less,DO NOT BUY!!
