Too early to be sure, but...
Ill admit here that some people would call me an alcoholic. Ive had multiple drinks almost every single night for about 10 years. Lately, Ive come to realize that this isnt good for me or my friends/family and have tried to cut back, but no such luck. Mentally, I had been wanting to quit/cutback for the past couple months, but still found myself with a 12 pack et night. I downloaded this app over a week ago with the intentions of it helping me quit, but put it off for a few nights because I wasnt sure I wanted to quit if it worked. I put the app on, 4 nights ago as I was laying down to bed (with a good buzz) and barely made it through the intro. Strange thing though, the next day I didnt stop for beer on the way home from work. Ive listened to it the past 3 nights, but still havent stayed awake till the end of it but have not had a beer in 4 days. I even went to a NFL tailgate party where 12 friends were drinking and wasnt even tempted to have a drink. Its almost like I lost all motivation to even have a beer. I dont know if thats really what I wanted, but Im not complaining. I hope this keeps up.
The app has a cool feature that you can delay wake and I use it to wake me up in the morning peacefully before work. Its almost like youre coming out of a trance and well-rested every morning. My only issue is that theres also a "wake up" option that is supposed to wake you when the app is done if you fall asleep and I havent got that to work properly. Tried it during the day a couple times with no luck.
