From "never enough" to "no thanks"
I got to a point in my life where I didnt want to drink as much as the little person somewhere inside my brain wanted me to. He is very thirsty for alcohol.
I tried logical things: saying I was going to limit, or alternating alcoholic drinks. At the end of the day, if there was alcohol around I would just drink it.
I have been using this app for over a month now. Cravings are essentially gone. Even if I do have a drink, I dont want more than one - that has never happened in 30 years.
